It includes a small kitchenette with a stove, sink, and refrigerator, a full-size laundry room, and a spacious sleeping area featuring one twin-over-twin bunk bed, two additional twin beds, and one full-size bed. The downstairs bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, and guests have direct access to the backyard and pool area, making it an ideal space for kids, grandparents, or multiple families traveling together.

Upstairs is the home's main living area with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and breakfast bar, providing plenty of room to prepare meals and gather after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the wraparound balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze.
